Cinnamon Productions has been "Baking Freshness" since 1987 When it opened its doors in downtown Seal Beach, California. CP started as a tiny shop with a tall counter, one small display case and a few stools. Homey and unpretentious, CP concentrated on its best assets: baking know-how and unique recipes. During these humble beginnings there were lines of customers out the door as folks young and old watching CP's talented bakers make delicious giant cinnamon rolls right before their eyes. The smell alone made the wait worthwhile. Word spread about the tiny bakery with the thick, rich brownies, fresh baked cookies and delicious coffee, and soon Cinnamon Productions was bursting at the seams with daily regulars from Seal Beach and visitors to this quaint seaside town. CP expanded into neighboring space and added café seating and outdoor seating for daily visitors who made Cinnamon Productions a regular stop in their walk, jog or bike ride. Soon, whole teams of cyclists and runners were coming by to take a time out and refresh themselves with its delicious food and drinks. Cinnamon Productions continues its success in Seal Beach under the direction of its managers and staff who now own the store! Randy and Nanci Farah have realized another dream by opening a larger café in Rancho Santa Margarita, where they have made their home for the past seven years. The new Bakery Café in El Paseo Plaza next to the RSM library has all the charm, quality food and small-town service of the original Seal Beach café. Now, with a larger space, the Farahs offer a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, family seating in the spacious café or outside in the patio, and a wide assortment of baked goods. The great news? Baking is still a daily event at Cinnamon Production and customers can now smell those gooey warm cinnamon rolls, cookies and breads baking in Rancho Santa Margarita.
